Mengening Temple has a bathing place whose water comes from 10 springs. Just like Tirta Empul Temple, tourists can also perform melukat or purify themselves in the bathing pool. Uniquely, the water in the pool is never cloudy even though it is used by many people. Melukat in this temple is believed to prevent disease and danger.These springs are natural sources of springs that have existed since the 11th century.
